Transcript Requests

Transcript Delivery Options

The date of delivery of transcripts is calculated from the date in which payment (or agency approval, if applicable) is received. Delivery turnaround options are based on calendar days and are as follows (effective October 2023):

  • 30-day delivery ($4.00/page)
  • 14-day delivery ($4.70/page)
  • 7-day delivery ($5.35/page)
  • 3-day delivery ($6.00/page)
  • *Daily delivery ($6.70/page)
  • *Hourly delivery ($8.00/page)
  • Realtime transcript (uncertified) ($3.05/page/feed)

Unless otherwise requested, transcripts are delivered via email in a searchable PDF format. Certified transcripts will be filed on the court docket with access granted to purchasing parties.

*Advance notice of at least three business days and deposit are required for certified daily and hourly trial transcripts. Please inquire for additional information.

Reporting of
Audio/Video Recordings

If you intend on publishing videotaped depositions or other audio recordings, audio/video recordings are not generally transcribed. Instead, please supplement the court docket or seek to admit the transcription as an exhibit.

Guide to Judicial Policy 520.40.10(c), Reporting of Audio/Video Recordings:
Generally, audio/video recordings played in court are entered as an exhibit in a proceeding. Since such recordings are under the direct control of the court, audio/video recordings need not be transcribed unless the court so directs.
